The Victorian government are very incompetent if they don't utilize all the tools available to them.
There are 11 rapid tests approved. Meanwhile people are out spreading the virus.
Chinese New year, Tennis plus Valenties day losses will be terrible for retailers.

They could easily pay for Quarrantine workers to stay at the hotel site for 2 weeks after their shift cycle or pay them a loading to stay at home. Instead, someone has a part time job at the airport and potentially spread it around the country.
Meanwhile it's taking longer than 48 hours to contract trace people. It's really being handled terribly.
