I understand the concept, but don’t understand how it can be used.

Sound like to me is somewhat similar as considering the risk, which can give a measurement base on the assessment on different factors. But opportunity is something I don’t understand how to measure, after the event you will almost always see other opportunities that were better. It just saying I’d be better if I did xyz, but how to use it in consideration is something I don’t understand.

like atomo opportunity cost is too high and I change my investment, but it take off soon after. Or I hold cash to wait for atomo start showing sp growth, but it will be “opportunity cost” if it didn’t move or moved so rapidly that I miss the opportunity to re-enter.
