i have been informed by a number of real estate agents on the gold coast that at least two developers associated with ciy have included in their 22a's(apointment to act as agent in the sale of the property)a redemption clause that state that in the event that the project does not proceed half the commission paid to the selling agent on the contract becoming unconditional pending settlement can be redeamed by the developer.i am further advised that at least one of these developers is making the rounds,and asking for his money back.out of interest i phoned the developers in order to obtain a pricing schedule,no such luck.either the market is talking or it is a combination of both.
