    I’m not sure if the IPO is closed as I haven’t read that anywhere but if you are sure then there is obviously no point in sending in any funds .

    if it’s not closed then the company will need spread ie a number of shareholders.
    I don’t know how stock will be allocated it maybe on a first in basis or a scale back .
    I’m pretty sure it has been oversubscribed
