Yup, AstraZeneca doc statement was future hypothesis I reckon...literally, all the vaccine companies need more time to pass to better understand the results of vaccine trials + real world application. There is no way to know how a vaccine reacts over several years in a person’s body – as there is no lab test tube time bubble method of simulating years of normal living . One of the main reasons why vaccines ‘usually’ take 10-15yrs to release officially. Test A group, check n adjust, test B group, check n adjust, on and on through the alphabet….

No, I don't think every person will get a blood test or repeat vaccines for years - logistically this is impossible to make n deliver to same groups and people tend to get tired of standing in queues over n over. More likely, will continue to test at borders + within communities/population where infection rates spike up etc whilst vaccinating as fast as possible in parallel..and continuing to check if that vaccine works/move over to new vaccine type..

Also from a vaccine standpoint, getting >1-2 boostershots doesn’t make any difference to a host..if anything it means that thevaccine is not working as well in that body for some reason – which willtrigger more study/adjustments if they get enough demographic result…or anothervaccine type will be tested on that demographic to see if it works better.

Companies/govnts will certainly need to continue antigen/antibody tests on large pop groups for reasonable future (24-36mths)....continuing community transmission control VS post-vaccination monitoring & re-infection checks...
