You might want to check one section in your disclaimer, not sure if it is a typo or it is correct as it is:
the part that says "I accept to responsibility ....", not sure if you mean "no responsibility". As it is out in the public domain, I thought I would bring it to your attention, in case it is a typo. If it is not a typo, my apology.
