as I said - I would start online - even if just to get the account going and keep putting in one small order a week or so - to keep it maintained

as far as fillers go - it doesn't really matter if they are shedding - because you can easily control risk from fomite contamination - by using kitchen spray - a good procedure will fix it easily.
even if you did miss - make a small mistake - your load would be small and hence - your symptoms either nil or not too bad.
it's breathing it in that seems to be the real risk - and, getting a big dose.
I certainly agree that if one goes to the shop - the best time of day is early - the lowest risk.
