Where can I get details of CHM claim against MMX. I was a long term holder of CHM, who bought in on the prospects of the Chile mine. I sold on the day of relisting based on the independent valuation of CHM's exploration properties. I know that management have said they are reevaluating all past transactions of CHM, however, I know nothing about this legal action/proposed legal action against MMX.
Could you please direct me to where I get further details.
