No. There is only CHM's letter of reinstatement lodged at 6.12 PM on the 13 September 2007 and MMX's following announcement dismissing Chameleon's claims.
However, after coming back on the market just over 2 weeks ago at 2c, CHM seems to have trade solidly and now appears to have support in the 6-7c range.
We may get some clue from any forthcoming 'change in substantial holding' notices, but with over a billion shares in market and the Top 20 holding huge amounts of stock there may be no clear emerging picture. However, if we could see changes in the list of the number of share holders in the various levels of 'number of shares held' that would show if 'new' people were getting on board in a big way.
With only about $2M cash in hand and little asset base, CHM doesn't really seem to have anything to support its Friday's closing price of 7c and subsequent market capitalization of $70M. Accordingly, there is a lot of risk associated with stock. Having said that, there is clearly some market support for CHM and some must be expecting a reward for their risk.
We at the bottom of the food chain shall just have to wait for any forthcoming announcements
