Looking at level2 depth, it seems not much left for sale on the ask up to 25c (short term resistance level ?) IMO if debt financing ends up approved it would turn out to be a huge mistake selling at current levels, we are less than 10% of NPV at current HPA prices. A huge re-rate should be coming post successful financing (biggest derisking event for the stock price). This is as long term an investment as it could ever get. As Ian Cassel said : let them fight for pennies while we hold for dollars ! Long ATC. Good luck to all !
