    Yes indeed, financing is the major derisking event for this project. It should allow for a significant re-rate of market cap. Not many industrial minerals projects receive an amount of 175M$ 12 year low 3.50% interest rate loan. If achieved it just shows the confidence of the german bank in the success of the project.
