Agree the price will bobble around until some of the uncertainly is locked away. As it stands right now ATC is still only funded in theory. No signed arrangements no certainty. Even then with the timelines we are talking about until production the SP will always be subject to long periods of no news so will likely see many downward drifts from highs.
