    I just heard the Chairman of Blackrock who are the largest investors in the world via their Index ETF's etc.
    He's basically calling that ESG (Sustainability) trend as a mega trend. Insight driven from all their employees especially younger ones. That being the case in big picture I just can't see ATC not getting funding.

    So this spike isn't completely misplaced.
