To my mind your are wrong. This massive volume in the past days can't be caused by mama and papa investors. Mamas and Paps don't have the research time for investing in highly speculative penny stocks like ATC. It's almost unknown. Mamas and Papas are buying the Apples, Microsofts, Teslas etc
