Gaps of significance.
I think we can safely say the 11~11.5c gap will be filled in short order.
the 6.9~7c one is a bit more of a long shot but depending on news flow and progress with funding and construction, may drift back there after the new year. I am hoping not and hoping that after this raise we see some real progress but based on past performance I won't be betting the farm on it or holding my breath
