The price action is obviously highly suggestive yet management has denied specific action. That doesn't mean something isn't happening as they have initiatives allied to financial the plant build that they've been working for quite a while. A lot of it is centred in Europe and it's quite possible it has gained traction. that being the case there is a possibility that there is more traction than told to management in an attempt to gain more control that they desire. E.g. ATC was able to sell a quarter interest in an offshoot AAM in Germany 23rd December.

e from Germany (Europe) to take a bite of the parent on our exchange as well given we've raised at a low level and ultimate or substantial control may be their aim.

Maybe not form the technical perspective you want to hear but that is a big break upwards and doesn't you TA have rules for projecting that e.g. size of the base of triangles.
