the 500k are for the developement of infrastructure and the planning for the expansion. However, it's good to hear about, that the Roadconnection is being renewed and improved and that atc seems to be the central major company. ATC seems to be a very important piece of the plans of the government of saxony and it seems to be too beautyful to be true.
