I have 2 thoughts on that. First is that spending some money here for a good entry would put upward pressure on the share price,(I actually expect this to manifest in due course),and second,If there are willing participants to even half the 100M,there is no way to secure a position of that size on market, anywhere near this price. Yes, someone wants out at 10.5c,but it sure isn't me.
