In the event that the minimum 20M EUR isn't raised,then yes,it then becomes a possibility.That would be a very disappointing outcome and not one I think is likely to happen at this stage.Should raising the funds drag on long enough to approach the cut off date,then it will become an issue.For me,at least for now, it's a low probability outcome,imo.
