As we all know the ATC share price is in the doldrums. Is the agreement with FNT binding i.e at the agreed shares and cash consideration or are there variation clauses in the agreement if the share price falls i.e. can they renegotiate for example an increased amount of shares due to the slide in price?
Do you know when we can expect to see an independant valuation of FNT released to the market?
