    From memory, Duet had first right of refusal on WestNet in the event that the AET&D assets were sold separately...
    (Correct me if I'm wrong!)
    I have no ideas on how that would work. Does Duet have the right to match ATCO's offer and win the deal? It is hard to imagine ATCO making such an announcement having entered an such one sided auction.
