2 November 2023Change of Company Name and ASX tickerRedbubble Limited was pleased to receive shareholder approval at its recent Annual General Meeting to change its name to Articore Group Limited (Articore or the Group). This change formalises the recent restructure of the Group to more clearly define the Group and its two operating companies, Redbubble and Teepublic. It also more accurately reflects the operations of the Group as a collective of branded marketplaces and our ambitions to expand over time by adding new operating companies.The name change has been registered with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).
