I'm at 813% and have retired nice and early.
Some people ask me, why don't you sell up? I tell them that the fun is only just beginning! We've done the hard yards holding when we were still carrying a fair bit of risk through the early stages. The risk has reduced considerably as we have ticked more and more boxes along the path to production. Why would you sell now after holding through the tough times? IMO, the real upside will come through the next 6 months and the momentum will continue through to production and beyond. When things go parabolic, the biggest gains are made in the shortest time further down this path.
I ask again, why would you sell now?
