lottsa fear but around the traps are per volumes (someones buying all that selling),
todays volume less than half fridays gmtfo volume
if we look at todays closing pending offers the need to get out does not reflect the local markets needs to get out
and not much to get excited about in the SPA
...for mine that = a good day for buying
