    Anything happening is only good as long as the ATHA-92E part of the merger still goes ahead.

    Worst thing that could happen is a bid for ATHA (by Cameco or Nexgen or whoever) stating that they're not interested in 92E and LUR. Buying ATHA only makes sense as they amount of shares to be bought will be considerably smaller.

    Anyway, situation has suddenly become very murky.
