Yes, there was an announcement on 7 Feb 20 regarding non compliance for the minimum 1 USD to stay on the NASDAQ. Alterity had received notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of the NASDAQ outlining what was required to stay listed on the NASDAQ. I can't see enrolment commencing for Phase 2 trial of ATH434 reversing the current trend, nor announcing any patent approvals having any medium to long term effect. If PBT2 is indeed gathering dust, then I can't see any significant (or even insignificant) share price rise until results of the Phase 2 trial for ATH434 are announced sometime in 2023.
