Morality without refernce to absolutes is meaningless and hence all morality would be relative.

As can be seen from the points on this thread, a personal code of ethics is relative as Hitler's, stalin's etc. would hopefully be different from the ethical athiests, but no less valid.

The absolute you refer to must be that of a higher being, whether it be the Judea Christian God, Muslims or Mormons. Yes my personal beliefs are based on the Judea Christian religion, but whose absolutes you need to follow is up to you and that would require a whole new topic as to why one should be preferred over the other.
