My thoughts MalinoisK9 are maybe a bit of both. The downward pressure definitely looks like manipulation but there is also consistent buyers so I am waiting with anticipation for the top 20 data which may reveal all. I am in for long term as I know the Byro area well but to move forward their needs to be new blood at board level.
