Below may be a reason why people / the market are holding off or back. Waiting to see what happens here. But this case opens up your eyes that AHN Management have no idea what they are doing as clearly pointed out in the report.
I have been trying to find out whether Athena tried again to keep their tenements as the due dates have passed now as per the conclusion (shown below). In looking, I can't see / find any appearances in the Warden docket since Sept / Dec 2022 for this case which may mean the tenements in question are moving over to Alexander Creek Pty Ltd (Buxton Resources).
