Of course they're concerned. They are shareholders after all and what shareholder wants a Director like John Thomson that was censured by Chartered Accountants Australian New Zealand for:
Code of Ethics violations with respect to:
professional behavior,
confidentiality,
and most concerning of all in dealing with client moneys.
Can anyone on here not paid by Adroit honestly say this doesn't concern them.
In my opinion anyone who's thinking of backing that sort of guy to be a Director in any company needs their head read.
