We are happy to invest further in Athena, either through placement, convertible note or as we have already expressed, through a partial take over offer, but we are not prepared to put more money into Athena whilst the current board remain in control.
the share price is where it is today primarily because of our interest in the company, as correctly noted by others, at the very least it has forced the directors to start being more active in updating shareholders, albeit some of the announcements have to been to correctly update the market on governance matters that had not been reported previously.
