DB ....... My augment is that the JV has released information (flow rate of 8000boopd via a resisted choke) however they need further delinaction (appraisal) wells to confirm the up side of the resource and until this is confirmed by additional appraisal wells and the results quantified by an independent person they cannot release anything else and I think, under any investigation by the ASX, they would be on very solid grounds, they previously Ann'd that information will only be released when results are confirmed and this is exactly what they are doing IMO
