I did state "if we prove up and oil recovers"
This is a dream scenario but lets see. Many are speaking of a large recovery in oil price over the next 12 months. Some are even speaking of a shortfall in oil supplies due to lack of new finds. If we do get very lucky and drilling is successfull along with increased supplies etc. then it is possible. We also have a new block in shallow water. Who knows ......
