As you stated Von, a share price of 2c still only gives us a market cap of $8.6 million with $3.65 million in the bank
That would be an EV of <$5 million, with stocks as you mentioned like SCU that were effectively shells, running up to valuations of $300 million and over on the back of a $6,000 a month appointment of that schoenmakers bloke who was supposedly a guru in the marijuana space.
I think an EV of around $7-$8 million is about right prior to acquisition, although the volume and weight of money being thrown around this week certainly tells us it's imminent.
A share price of 2-2.5 IMO is where we are headed pre acquisition.
