They share 1 common director, that is all
All this scaremongering about CHP and others ... they are dog's in their own right and have nothing to do with RFN. The only people that keep harping on about a non issue, either don't understand the capital structure and ASX rules, or got torched on one of those stocks and should take their issues to the appropriate stock thread
Why would RFN rollover and let their cash balance be milked, when the stock has a genuine opportunity of reaching $40-50M market cap (4-5 bagger) similarly to DCC on blockchain acquisition
It is the same story on every shell by holders who don't seem to grasp the old business is gone, and the market is forward looking - i.e the incoming deal
