    ATI rose by 70% this week on high volume. The buy side has been building all week, currently outnumbering the sell side by 2 to 1. The company is set to begin drilling within the next month and is in discussions with Vietnam's largest bauxite miner Vinacomin, regarding a JV. So far the samples have shown to be of an extremely high quality. A scoping study is underway to possibly start mining early 2010. ATI's project is on the doorstep of China and all other growing Asian countries.
