I think they have completely ducked up the Rebirth - The Name Change - The Acquisitions - it could have been such a beautiful go forward plan for the old Frugal when they rebranded to Infocus Group Holdings.

Kenny Woo and insiders should have recapitalized the company, insiders could have invested heavily post consolidation - Kenny should have cut his salary of $260k per year down to a more modest amount in line with a minnow cap company or even stood down completely and let the board construct a solid company for future growth and his large shareholding should have sufficed for him to have done really well. Why does a company this size need a Managing Director of the Parent company, 2 Managing Directors of the subsidarys, a CEO and more non executive directors? It seems to be such a top heavy shambles which is costing the entity a lot of unnecessary money in executive costs.

Onify and Prodigy 9 look to be stable companies in their own right but they are now saddled with so much baggage and large overhead costs.

Just months into the rebirth it is now saddled with the baggage of such a bad reputation and i cant really see the market trusting it again.

Think about it, old Frugal presentations can be seen on Youtube when it was still capitalized at $17 million even though it appeared them to be heading for insolvency. The rebirth should have given it a fresh start and another chance from the market yet the market cap has barely ever got much above $3 million. When they had light scrip on issue (100 million shares on rebirth) this really should have been able to get up and past 10c per share if it was run right. Now scrip has already doubled and funds are burning fast - i think it looks like its going to be raising, raising, raising and back to a billion shares on issue in the blink of an eye.

IMHO Greed is going to see this carcus rot in the dust.
