The company is being portrayed as being in the best position they have ever been. They have announced the two biggest contracts in the company's history, yet the sp is at record lows and worse still.....they raised cash at record low levels at a big discount to the prevailing market price.
The company is undeniably tiny, with a market cap in the range of $3 million. Yet they have a MD raking in the vicinity of $260k per year, a CEO and MD's of the two subsidary's - Prodigy 9 and Onify. Also 2-3 other non executive directors - its a huge board for such a tiny company.
The SP direction does not support the validity of the news released. You would think if everything was genuine all directors, their families and friends would be buying everything they could on market.
It all smells very, very suss and anybody experienced in the markets would have to agree.
