Have a look at the timeline from around CR time. They had a good diagram thst showed what was happening.

Futility is based on approximately 16 participants per arm (there’s 38 per arm total), so after approximately the 48th participant completes their 6 month dose schedule out of the 114 total, assuming equal participants in each of the three arms.
