Dalts66 just in case you are not aware I kindly advise you that it is not mandatory to read my posts. Also since apparently it is very difficult for you to understand, I suggest you talk to someone that help to make it easier and maybe clearer to consider/view from a different angle if you split scientific part of the company from the management side. Like knoenermann said criticising the boss doesn’t mean the company hasn’t a good product to sell. Just need the right person. Maybe this concept is too hard for you but I am sure with a little effort you too will get there.
