Teva has had Copaxone for a very long time it wasn't "under trial" it was their oral drug under trial. Copaxone's patent is out but it's still the best selling and most utilised drug - just 3 amino acids really. Tevas talked about it a fair bit I haven't looked lately but CEO had plans on company direction after patents folded pushing into neurodegenerative disorders from memory.
