    Isn't there someone moderating "ramping" on hotcopper? apparently not with some of the big unvetted claims today.

    After phase I trials there are trials all the way out to phase III. Well before any FDA approval to allow the drug to be sold in the USA. Any manufacture is years away.

    Having said that ANP's pipeline is currently valued at a big fat zero, so easy to buy under 1 cent in my view
