It just shows the importance of level headed valuation of deals not getting things blown out of propotion on hype BLT reached the licensing agreement with Pfizer the only up-front was assistance with development costs with potential milestones of $150M - something that is drawn out over time but when latching hype it's easy for people to assume that it has a guaranteed value to the company of $150M. The share price went balistic taking the company from $30M to $100M of which barely held for the day by the next week it was back with it's $30M share price.

It's just about finding balance - if you want the roulette wheel though hype always delivers dollars for those that trade it right - often scars a company across the market for a while & something not easily forgotten with the chart always holding the evidence.

I do hear what you'r saying in regards to the legal aspects as what brought it back to 2c but just making the point that the Pfizer hype spike didn't last long & was more a case of trader push than validated push - there's been a few others too great deals big sums but "not yet".
