There's quite a difference between the ATV and ADA positions.
If funds aren't raised soon ATV can wait. ADA can't wait, they have big overheads and they're going broke fast.
Interesting to see big volume in ADA last week.

It looks like it to me. The same strategy employed by the same people. I can see how multiple deposits with +1moz potential can be achieved.
