No, they're not getting finance based on selling into the spot market. Save that for any future plant expansion I think.
They've mentioned they hope to get prepayment to take care of some capex requirements. They're probably going to need $50 mill given inflation and wanting to keep some cash for ramp up issues etc. I hope prepayment eventuates. I think there's a lot of interest about atm. Time to convert it to someone signing on the dotted line for a good price exposed to market prices of hydroxide, with a floor price that keeps the joint profitable.
