If you have a broking account and setup that can purchase on the LSE, then you can already buy the ALL ticker over on the London market.
The prospectus notes an offer close date of 29 August which has passed. Participation is now through buying A11 on the ASX with trading intending to start on the 8th September.
An indirect exposure can be gained through PLL who will co-own the mine with Atlantic when they have finished funding US$70m of capex. With PLL having other projects it would only be an indirect exposure.
