For a start your claim of "near everyone" is false. This has been discussed Ad Nauseum.
Secondly your link acknowledges that it may be natural warming, although they argue the evidence indicates it is mostly man made. Many prominent scientists disagree with that argument.

Thirdly, your link cherry picks a comparison period:

Fouthly, GISS are called out continuously on unreasonable adjustments to the temp record. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
Giss temps are the least agreeable with the satellite data.
