    Atlantic has struck an agreement with Mineral resources to re-launch the Windamurra vanadium project in Western Australia.Under the heads of agreement,Atlantic will take a 25% stake in Midwest Vanadium,a project vehicle to develop the resource and arrange secured debt funding to complete the commissioning of the project.
