It's why the big money is going elsewhere, other IO plays are doing much better. Why would the big boy's take a punt on this one? Cost of production without rail is not so rosy, if IO price goes down, dead in the water. Less risk elsewhere, and can justify by meeting conservative targets, not DF's wish list.
