the merger makes perfect sense. Aurox have an approved magnetite project (with the largest port capacity at utah point to go with it). Atlas dont have a port for ridley. any investor in ridley is going to be more keen now that port access unknown will be removed. Atlas could also shop the Aurox Balla Balla project as further resource for a magnetite investment/venture.
